Understanding the Open Dialog Box

In this example, the A drive is being displayed in the Look In box, so we know we are looking at the A drive.  The big white square below that shows us that the A drive has three things inside of it, two folders (Staff and Word Class) and one file (Cover Letter).  The yellow icon lets you know what is a folder.

If we wanted to know what was inside of Staff we would put our mouse on the yellow folder and double click.  If we did it right, the Staff folder should then be displaying inside of the Look In box and the white box would show us all the folders and files that were inside of the Staff folder, just like the picture to the right.
Now, we see we are looking at the Staff Folder and that there are two things inside of it, two folders (Pat and Permeil).
